Education Talks

Each year the Tidbits of Change Foundation will distribute literature to High Schools across Canada, and support those materials with a cross-country education tour – visiting High Schools, communities, interested organizations and Parent Teacher Associations to:

• Speak about the benefits of the experiences gained through creating and developing initiatives or shared youth and parent/mentor adventures.
• Provide tips and guidance on how an individual might get started – which is often the simple stumbling block that many initiatives get hung up on and thereby end up not proceeding
• Encourage bursary application submissions of worthy inspiration initiatives – whether they are ones that develop post tour visits or ones that may have been initiated and underway already
• Outline the support mechanisms available through the Foundation for individuals wanting to develop an initiative or apply for the bursaries.
